The human factor, decisive for corporate reputations

Results RepTrak® Belgium 2013 – 22 April 2013

 

For the third time in a row, the reputation leader in Belgium is Colruyt with a RepTrak® Pulse of 83.5, followed by Tiense Suikerraffinaderij (76.3) and Lotus Bakeries (76.1).
The results demonstrate the key importance of a responsible business conduct on corporate reputation. The top of mind reactions of more than 5600 Belgians participating in the study show that corporate responsibility is above all about bringing back the human factor into the core of business dynamics. Companies that focus on employee wellbeing, client needs and citizens’ concerns will protect and enhance their reputation.
