Carmen Borissova

With a dual background in science and communications, Carmen began her career in consultancy firms such as Accenture. In 2020, at the height of the Covid crisis, she moved to Bercy to join the press teams at the Ministry of Industry, before becoming Press and Communications Adviser in the office of the Secretary of State to the Prime Minister, responsible for the Sea, in 2022. These experiences in ministerial offices, as well as working in the field during election campaigns, have enabled her to come into contact with a wide range of economic players, in both the private and public sectors, and to develop expertise in press relations and communications in demanding and complex environments. She has been involved in popularising science for many years and is keen to help companies, institutions, and associations meet the challenges of transition.
